- Right to a refund: You have the right to a full refund if the product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it is supposed to do. This right applies within 30 days of receiving the product. After 30 days, but within six months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, unless we can prove the product was not faulty at the time of purchase.
- Right to cancel: You have a “cooling-off period” of 14 days from the day you place your order to change your mind and cancel it. You will then have a further 14 days to return the product to us.

- Unwanted Products: You can return any unwanted product within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Faulty Products: If you receive a faulty product, you can return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it. We will also cover the cost of return postage.
- Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that is incorrect, you can return it to us for a full refund. We will cover the cost of return postage and send you the correct product free of charge.

Refunds

- We cannot accept returns for products that have been used or damaged.
